Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026 (draft)

1. What We Collect

Account information (name, email, company), the property and party information you enter to prepare documents, and standard usage logs (IP address, browser, timestamps).

2. How We Use It

To operate the service: preparing the documents you request, pulling the county records you ask for, securing accounts, and improving the product. We do not sell personal information.

3. Documents

Deed documents you generate are stored with a cryptographic fingerprint so their integrity can be verified. Completed documents are retained immutably as part of the record you create.

4. Third-Party Services

These are the third parties that receive user or property data when the service runs. SiteX (ICE) receives the property street, city, state, ZIP, and/or FIPS and APN you search, plus an internal client reference, and returns county-assessor records. Google Places receives the address text typed in the deed builder (in the browser) to suggest a US address. Stripe receives account email, name, and an internal user id to create a customer and run checkout; card numbers are entered on Stripe's hosted page, not on DeedPro. SendGrid receives the recipient address and the message body — names, a street-level property address, deed type, and action links (share, signing, password reset); deed PDFs are not attached. OpenAI receives a server-owned system prompt and the message an authenticated client posts to AI assistance, which may include property or party text the client supplies; the builder UI does not currently call this path. Amazon S3 receives generated deed PDF bytes when artifact mirroring is enabled. Render hosts the API and the Postgres database, so it processes the account, property, and document data the service stores. Vercel hosts the website. We do not sell personal information. Each receives only what its function requires.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Document records are retained as described in the Terms. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to records we are required to keep.

6. Security

Sessions are token-based, transport is encrypted, and stored PDFs are hash-stamped at generation time.

7. Your Rights

California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information. Contact DeedPro Corporation, a Wyoming corporation, 440 Rte 66, Glendora, CA 91750, info@deedpro.io.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
